To be considered you will ideally have: - ACA/CTA qualification or equivalent qualifications or experience
- Strong academic background
- Tax experience gained within practice or commerce
- Strong business acumen and market awareness
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience of developing and maintaining client relationships
- Experience of managing staff and developing individuals
- Ability to plan and prioritise workload, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
