Qualifications & Skills:
An engineering degree from a reputable university in electrical or building services engineering.
At least 10 years post-qualification experience in the E&M building services sector, and shall be capable of the following as a minimum:
Production of electrical design specifications, analysis and documentation
Fault and risk analysis of electrical systems.
Membership of a recognised institution e.g. IEE, CIBSE, ASHRAE etc.
Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office applications.
