A reputable financial services firm with operations across Asia, Australasia, the United Kingdom and the United States is seeking an Operations Manager for her Singapore office.
The role of the Operations Manager includes, but is not restricted to, the following:
Loan administration (covering overseas properties financing in Australia, New Zealand and United Kingdom) and signoff of securities in order;
Deposits (Structured DCI & CLSD and Term Deposits);
Remittance (Inward & Outward), checking and authorising payments, investigation on inward funds and familiar with MAS 626 requirements;
Cheque clearing (Local and overseas)
Giro - payment & collection, reconciliations, credit reporting, and funds transfer
Requirements:
Degree qualified
5 years experience at management level
Reporting to Senior Operations Manager and supervising 6 staff in total
