Unique opportunity for a CFO / Chief Financial Officer / COO to join a boutique Asset / Investment manager in Bermuda.
Candidates must be qualified (ACA, ACCA, CPA) and possess 7yrs+ PQE, coupled with a strong understanding of compliance and risk management issues relating to hedge funds and experience of dealing with external legal counsel in relation to fund constitutional issue.
The role will offer you full financial oversight of the management company & investment products as well as full coverage for COO and operations activities.
This is a new role with a very exciting offshore firm. Bermuda is a Low Tax jurisdiction (4.75% Tax) offering the all important work / life balance.
