Allegro seeks an experienced Services Director with a proven track record of managing complex software implementation consulting engagements. This position has primary accountability for the successful execution of software implementation, business development , defining scope of services, and accountable for employee professional development and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Define scope of services and the strategy for enterprise software deployments that meet customers’ business requirements.
Responsible for driving customer satisfaction through focus on accountability and quality, including regular customer account reviews.
Ensures that Deployment Managers follow established implementation methodology and processes to ensure quality, consistency/repeatability, and efficiency of the software implementation.
Partner with Sales to develop with new business and existing customers through extensive ETRM knowledge with one or more industries (Exploration & Production, Refining & Marketing, Utilities, Consumer or Retail).
Drives regular performance management, evaluations, talent reviews and development discussions and ensures Deployment Managers are taking actions on projects/tasks to enhance developmental opportunities for employees.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong leadership skills with the ability to plan, manage, and control customer activities, work teams, timeline, and budget.
Demonstrates sound understanding of core business processes, ETRM, technology developments and IT environments.
Has extensive industry knowledge in one or more Allegro industries (Exploration & Production, Refining & Marketing, Utilities, Consumer or Retail) and is sought out by customers as an industry expert.
Knowledge of engagement economics and appropriate staff leverage or mix.
Ability to drive customer satisfaction, business development and software implementation.
Strong ability to perform diplomatic facilitation using sound negotiation skills, consensus building techniques, and cross-functional collaboration at all levels of the company.
Experienced in managing geographically dispersed cross-functional teams of Deployment Managers (consultants) and Principals (subject matter experts) to ensure successful project delivery.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and delegate in a resource constrained environment and re-prioritize resources rapidly.
Demonstrated ability and interest in developing, engaging and motivating employees.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Spanish or German language fluency preferred
Experience with enterprise software implementations and large scale consulting deployments
Client service or consulting experience
Working experience in one or more of Allegro industries (Exploration & Production, Refining & Marketing, Utilities, Consumer or Retail)
