Our client is a major international group, which has continued to be highly acquisitive in recent years.  Their corporate development team is continuously identifying and working on non organic growth initiatives and they are now looking to add a corporate development analyst to their team, based in London.

The role will involve the following

- being a member of a small global corporate development team based throughout several continents

-  working on the identification and execution of acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures   

- financial modelling, due diligence and dataroom work

- working on transaction as a principal and managing relationships with lawyers and bankers

They are interested in meeting people who will have a background as follows:

- investment bankers with major firms looking to move into corporate development, probably at the 3rd year analyst/ 1st year associate level

- chartered accountants with corporate finance experience

- valuations and financial modelling skills

- excellent deal sheets
