A Head of Asset Management is required for a dynamic international investment company which has a recently set up an office in Luxembourg !
This senior role will suit an individual with 10 to 15 years experience in real estate funds and outstanding leadership skills. You must be eager to work in a small structure and have a very hands on approach to operational issues. Ready for the challenge ?

While reporting directly to the Global Fund Manager in the US, you will:
provide strategic expert advice and assessment on real estate transactions
be the key person in the deals approval process
participate in the smooth running of the office
manage a small team of real estate analysts and asset managers
Your profile:
10 to 15 years experience within the real estate investment business
proven track record in German property management - commercial
thorough knowledge of the legal aspects of the business
fluent written and spoken English and German
ability to lead and motivate a small team of professionals
Only candidates who are EU residents or currently hold a valid Luxembourg work permit can be considered for this position
