M&A

M&A provides advisory services in connection with mergers, acquisitions, disposals, restructurings and buy-outs. M&A combines first class execution expertise with in-depth understanding of various sectors. M&A has been involved in numerous landmark transactions in the past years.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Interns become full deal team members and perform tasks similar to those of a junior analyst
• Typical activities include:
• Analysis of potential deal situations
• Preparation of market, industry and company specific research
• Financial modelling and analysis, including valuation of companies based on common methods
• Preparation of presentations for client meetings
