Responsibilities

You lead the back and middle office teams and you drive the global change management to answer the growing business requirements:

-Asset management with a strong focus on funds, hedge funds and structured products

-Private banking

Besides monitoring of operations you are a key contributor to projects (e.g. strategies for attaining increased productivity and quality) and a key actor of relationships with external firms (custodians, depositaries,.)

Profile / Competencies

As a senior manager your track record encompasses successful leaderships positions of the operations department of large / international banks

-Strong business sense / orientation sustained by management skills,

-Advanced knowledge of banking operations including the alternative investment wing

-Proven management, communication and negotiation capabilities;

-English fluent, superior education, MBA a plus

The position is based in Geneva. The working environment is outstanding and the compensation package is at the level of the seniority of the role.
