Our Client is a leading global alternative investments services provider, serving both institutional and HNW retail clients. Based in Zurich, we are seeking an experience client services professional with Hedge Funds knowledge.
The Position This role within a multi-cultural team will support German speaking clients.
The ideal candidate brings significant client service experience within alternative investments, asset management, including hedge funds.
Main Duties:
Provide pro-active daily support and guidance on all product related issues and questions to internal clients: institutional sales and distribution sales, and in certain cases also directly to the end clients.
Respond to requests from sales
Create non-standard client reports
Participate in the writing of RFP and portfolio commentaries
Interface with Portfolio Managers and the sales teams to build up a strong knowledge base with regard to the groups product offerings.
Your Profile
Fundamental understanding of the asset management industry, which must include specific knowledge about hedge funds (styles, trading strategies).
Strong presentation skills, with an ability to clearly articulate complex problems
Strong team player with drive and self-motivation
Well organized with ability to manage multiple tasks
Excellent problem solving skills with fine attention to detail
Excellent MS Office user skills
Proficiency in English and German essential (including written German)
