Reporting direct to the Head of Graduate Recruitment you will be responsible for 2 main area’s of graduate activity: direct recruitment and learning & development. Due to the cyclical nature of the campus rounds your annual cycle will be split throughout the year, focusing on the recruitment of graduates and interns during the autumn and with more of a focus towards their development and marketing outside of this busy time period. This is a fast paced role and you will be required to manage your time effectively in order to get everything done. There will be coordination assistance but we are also looking for someone capable of managing this should help be thin on the ground.

Ideally degree educated we are looking for someone with either a background in Learning & Development or Graduate recruitment to be based in Japan. Ideally possessing 4-6years HR experience in either specialty you will need to be a fast learner to come up with the required skills to take the role on and be successful. Candidates from all sectors will be considered, however it is worth being aware that both English and Japanese are regarded as essential languages for success in this role.
